We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to lead the development and implementation of advanced AI solutions.

This role involves designing, optimizing, and deploying machine learning models, generative AI systems, and intelligent automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI algorithms for real-world applications.
- Optimize large language models (LLMs) and machine learning pipelines.
- Lead AI research and development efforts to enhance model performance.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to integrate AI solutions.
- Implement MLOps practices for scalable AI deployment.
- Stay updated on AI advancements and apply emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or NLP.
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and AI frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, deep learning, and generative AI.
- Experience with cloud-based AI solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Ability to lead AI projects and mentor junior engineers.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
- Familiarity with DevOps and MLOps tools for AI deployment.
