Janet Harvey brings over 25 years of experience as a successful and strategic Senior Proposal Manager, leading end-to-end proposal development across the federal sector, including NASA, DoD, DoE, and DoS. She is highly skilled in opportunity identification, capture planning, proposal execution, and post-submission activities such as evaluation notice (EN) responses and final proposal revisions (FPR). Known for her strong emphasis on compliance and process rigor, Janet has directed proposal efforts valued between $10 million and $80 billion.

Janet applies a collaborative and disciplined leadership style to drive high-performance proposal teams. She works closely with senior leadership, capture managers, pricing leads, and technical SMEs to develop compliant, compelling, and strategically aligned proposals.
