Raul Sagun

Raul Sagun is a seasoned executive with more than 35 years of strategic, programmatic, and technical experience supporting business development, capture, and proposal activities across both large-scale and mid-market engagements. He launched his career as a civilian Program Manager with the U.S. Naval Sea Systems Command, serving in that capacity for over 11 years.

Fulfilling the role of Chief Growth Officer for a number of organizations, Raul has driven enterprise growth through disciplined business development, market expansion, and M&A integration. He has played a pivotal role in securing contracts with federal and international clients, including the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Energy, Department of State, NATO member nations, and a range of commercial customers. He has led business development initiatives, executed acquisition integrations, and formulated growth strategies that expanded organizational capabilities and enabled entry into new and adjacent markets.

A strategic leader with a proven track record of driving organizational transformation, Raul is recognized for aligning technical and programmatic expertise with business objectives to achieve sustained competitive advantage. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign.
